Roll of the Damned Dice Game
A downloadable game
Roll of the Damned, Gamble with fate.
In Roll of the Damned, you are a soul on the edge of salvation, casting dice in a desperate gamble to rescue others—and yourself—from eternal darkness. With each roll, you face a haunting choice: embrace fortune, or risk a descent into oblivion.
In this push-your-luck dice game, balance the forces of light and darkness as you roll both white and black dice, representing salvation and despair. Each round brings more danger as the dice pool grows, shifting the odds. A soul-saving roll is always within reach, but tempt fate too far, and even your soul might fall.
Features:
- High-Stakes Rounds: Play through 10 rounds of increasing tension, with more dice each turn.
- Fate’s Duel: When forces cancel out, take a chance to tip the scales of fortune in a duel between good and evil.
- Last Breath Roll: Risk it all to cling to life, but beware—there’s only one chance to save your soul.
Are you brave enough to face the darkness? Save as many souls as you can—or join them.

I hope the rules on the PDF are clear enough. It's about as simple as a game gets.
Roll a pool of dice, depending on the result, add or remove that number from your score.
If the positive/negatives cancel each other out, roll one of each and add/remove that number from your score, and then continue.
Don't let your score drop below 0. If it does, you get one chance to bring it back.
You can stop at 10 rounds, and see how well you scored, or carry on as long as you like. Just be careful, your score could go down with each roll! :)

This game plays best with a 12-pack of Positive/Negative black and white dice, but is perfectly playable with standard D6. You'll just need to keep track.
All you need are the dice, a pencil, and some paper to keep track of your score.
I came up with this as a bit of fun over lunch one day while wondering what I could use that pack of dice for. It's silly, probably not balanced, but I hope it brings some fun in to your life. And, because it's almost Halloween, I decided to add that kind of theme to it.
Its purpose was to be played solo to kill 5 minutes, but there is no reason you couldn't add a multiplayer aspect to it. Sometimes, it's fun and feels good to just roll dice to see what you get.
